• 24-hour Cancellation Policy: In case you are planning to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us at 021-418-5080 at least 24 hours in advance. You will have to pay the full session fee should you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. Thanks for your cooperation. .
• Late Arrivals: Arriving late to your session does not entitle you to an adjustment of the allocated time. To receive the full value and benefits of your session, please arrive on time.

• Single Sessions and Pre-Paid Packages: Full refunds are available for cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice. Pre-paid packages also fall into this policy as they need to be paid in full before the first session starts.
• Discounted Packages: All discounted package payments must be made in full prior to arrival and are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy to qualify for a refund.
• Courses and Workshops: We will give you a complete refund of the courses or workshops you cancel at least 7 days prior to the starting date. Cancellations made in less than 7 days’ notice will incur a 50% refund. No money will be refunded once the course or workshop has started.
• Exceptions: There are some exceptional circumstances where a refund request can be addressed on a case-by-case basis, like when one is extremely ill or there are family situations. Verification may be done with supporting documentation.
