Cancellation and Refund Policy
Scheduling and Cancellations:
- 24-hour Cancellation Policy: In case you are planning to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us at 021-418-5080 at least 24 hours in advance. You will have to pay the full session fee should you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. Thanks for your cooperation. .
- Late Arrivals: Arriving late to your session does not entitle you to an adjustment of the allocated time. To receive the full value and benefits of your session, please arrive on time.
Refunds:
- Single Sessions and Pre-Paid Packages: Full refunds are available for cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice. Pre-paid packages also fall into this policy as they need to be paid in full before the first session starts.
- Discounted Packages: All discounted package payments must be made in full prior to arrival and are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy to qualify for a refund.
- Courses and Workshops: We will give you a complete refund of the courses or workshops you cancel at least 7 days prior to the starting date. Cancellations made in less than 7 days’ notice will incur a 50% refund. No money will be refunded once the course or workshop has started.
- Exceptions: There are some exceptional circumstances where a refund request can be addressed on a case-by-case basis, like when one is extremely ill or there are family situations. Verification may be done with supporting documentation.
This policy allows us to maintain a superior level of service while respecting the time and commitment of all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these terms.
